Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Withdrawal Period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

• you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires; and
• you acknowledge that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once the download is made available.

By completing your purchase and confirming the corresponding checkbox during checkout, you expressly request the immediate provision of the digital content and acknowledge the loss of your statutory right of withdrawal once the download becomes available.
